recently have been having dreams of different friends from different parts of Malaysia...

those met under different circumstances and different periods of my life...

there's Fai who extorted my RM30++ for his b'day lunch followed by ais kacang as dessert together with Judy and others~

in which she later turned into a small puppet-like doll~

eeeee... creepy~~

another was supposedly in some kind of school hall where I was looking for my yellow plate tupperware to have nasi briyani with Champagne, my dear roommate~

however, due to my lost/missing plate, we ended up climbing a very tall hill-like cliff in the garden of the school compound!!!

OMG~

it was sooooooo high up the ground!!!

so tall and surely high enough to make me tremble with fear and anxiety at that time...

nevertheless, it was a great experience in my dream... ^^

next was Chung Hui~ hmm... didn't expect him to turn up so suddenly and...

I completely forgot what the dream was about... haha! =P

not too long after that, I decided to go back...

met Kas... looking panic-striken...

asked for my phone...

she lost hers... Blackberry!!!

made some calls... no answer...

assured her everything is gonna be okay...

went downstairs...

asked the lecturer in the class...

YIPPEE!!!

the phone was found and was with the caretaker!!!

quickly go back upstairs and waited...

the caretaker appeared!

the reunion of the red Blackberry phone with its rightful owner~ ^^

spent 10 min sharing with Kas about autism...

both had a great time! =D

TWO:

the video people posted on FB about "men & women being JUST friends"~

explains it all and backed up what I've been thinking and saying all along~

mere plain and naive friendship is NEVER possible with the guys...

FRIENDHSIP is used by females to keep guys who like them close but just remain friends...

Males use FRIENDSHIP as a cover or reason to stay close with girls they like...

I seriously hate those who misuse/abuse the term 'friendship'...

acting beyond friends but keep telling everyone that "we're just friends"!!!

so GERAM! please la...

people have eyes to see, ears to listen, hearts to feel and brains to interpret...

be careful with your so-called friends...

you never know what they really are thinking and feeling...

Slippers flew across the floor to the end of another "continuum"...

Kitchen in a complete messed up and intolerable condition...

Unwashed kitchen utensils and rubbish everywhere...

Commotion now and then...

Blaring TV, loud music, ever-ongoing deafening conversations...

Never shut the back door causing freezing cold corridor...

Lack of conscience and moral to flush the toilets...

Constant knocking on windows and ceilings during the nights...

Tell me...

WHO can actually LIVE here without their BP rising???

so much tension... so much pressure...

the sadness... the anger... the frustration... the disappointment...

May God bless us and help us to survive this torturing 8 more months long contract here.

The other day...

I was part of a gangster organisation...

Actually I was in fact a member of the secret agent from the police squad...

I was at some sort of a flea market...

My gangster members were going to have a smuggling/trade of a jade statue...

I was supposed to meet up with another police undercover nearby...

With my heart thumping against my rib...

I approached him...

I had a very bad feeling that this was it...

My cover is going to be blown off... >,<"

He insisted to give me a cigarette which is a listening device...

OMG!!! X(

As it took me quite awhile to meet him...

My gangster members started to suspect me...

Droplets of sweats broke out on my forehead...

Oooooh no... please...

I lied lamely that I was late because I took some time to buy the cigarette...

Which was on my hand~~

One of them rushed to my side...

And grabbed the cigarette stick out from my hand...

Spy & War Zone

I was some sort of spy...

Having which identity and from where...

I am not sure...

I just know that I am a SPY...

In a secret organisation...

There was commotion...

And little time...

I follow the others run...

Got into a war tank...

There was a small machine-like device...

Coming after us...

It was first created by an engineer who was with me in the tank...

I asked: "Do you think you could stop it?"

Engineer: "I'm afraid I can only try my best. Although I was the creator, it was modified by X."

We were panic as it started attacking us from behind...

Without wasting time...

The engineer guy pushed on a number of buttons...

To my surprise...

The tank moved and counterattack the little machine...

Then it was gobbled up by our tank!

YES!!! He succeeded!!!

And that was the end of my adventurous and terrifying dream...

As a spy at the war zone...

He couldn't tell me what was wrong...

I could do nothing other than sitting there doing nothing, which was a good thing to do...

I tried to remain calm and be cool about it...

My action showed that his relentless crying and banging could get him nowhere...

The lesson Ethan learnt was that he has to show me properly to get things done...

Express in the right way instead of useless tantrum...

After quite sometime, Ethan stopped his behaviour...

Seeing no unusual reaction from me, he calmed down...

Suddenly, he laughed... so, I laughed...

He picked up a toy and played, so do I...

He looked me in the eye, I praised him...

He laid down, I laid down...

He looked me in the eye again, I praised him again...

He made noises, I made noises...

I did lots of copying which is "joining"...

Although it was a bit distressing for me because Ethan cried, it was yet another new experience...

the Mum said it was good despite that...

It's really challenging... =)

today had my first 45 min ride to Hilsea all the way from Southsea...

and it was my first playroom-contact with Ethan...

was kind of nervous while at the same time building my own excitement...

it was a must, a necessity to have positive feeling and "aura" to help Ethan there...

he was playing with a toy truck while listening to Mozart...

I asked for his permission and grabbed a toy truck as well...

trying to play together with him...

not long after that, I persuaded him to have snacks...

the rice cake crisps which I asked if he needed my help to open the packet...

quite a number of eye contacts... ^^

during the eating session, it was the best!

I imitated him eating and kept saying "yum! yum!", "mmmm" and " yummy-yummy!"

he bought my idea of being friends... haha! =D

I'm happy with this first encounter in the playroom... ^^

praised him for looking at me and encouraged him to look at me more...

however, I couldn't get him to ask me to help him with the juice though... X)

then out of a sudden, he headed for the toilet... >,<"

Ooooh... I was nervous about the toilet...

don't want him to bang his head or throw toys into the toilet bowl...

I grabbed a toy truck and attracted his attention...

kind of successfully persuaded him to come out and play with the toy truck...

made some noises of the toy truck...

and showed him that the wheels can go round and round making a circular motion...

that's to show him how things work and just for his info...

which was good I think... ^^ and the Mum thinks so too... =D

the game I offered was not complicated but manageable for Ethan...

although halfway through, he bang his head on the wall...

now I was really scared of such scenes...

I called him and tried to divert his attention...

and again, he somehow accepted my plan... ^^

then, he looked towards the shelf, so I asked him what did he want...

I tried with a lorry, a truck book and then his favourite Bob the Builder book..

not sure if I was successful but he seemed to be just okay...

then jumped for 30 seconds with him...

time flew quickly enough...

I heard some knocks on the door...

it was time for me to go, the Dad was coming in...

phew... that was how I spent my first 45min in the playroom...

heard some comments from the Mum...

said I was great and the eating session was just excellent...

just need more bonding work...

have to let Ethan knows that he is in charge in there...

I have to ask him more and acknowledge him...

but somehow, today's 45 min showed that Ethan has portrayed flexibility... =D

I was new in there... touched lots of his toys...

persisted with my game of toy truck...

although Ethan was a bit agitated, he managed to be a little flexible.. so that's good!

Aaaah... the Mum said I have successfully bought my "Entrance Ticket"~~

was quite good for a first-timer in the playroom... hahahahaha!!!

had a pita bread with cheese and salami-looking sausage and a cup of hot tea...

it was quite energy-consuming to play with an autistic child...

but it was a good thing to do though...^^

looking forward to the next session!

hope to start an official 2-hour session soon and get my pay...

To be cared for, love and be loved...

No parents should ever give up hope on their child(ren)...

look at such a cute face...

but occasionally with a distant stare and a blank look...

facing difficulties in taking in information and processing them...

struggling to understand everything that is going on around them...

unable to express themselves well as any other kids due to the lack of social skills...

such are the symptoms of autistic children...

professionals from various fields...

such as doctors and psychologists did nothing much...

other than telling the parents:

"it is hopeless... they have no chance of recovery... there's nothing else to be done..."

"send them away to avoid (s)he ruining your family lives. it's the best for everyone..."

"you should be very happy and rejoice and celebrate if your child are able to acquire a skill so simple such as brushing his own teeth throughout his life..."

these are cruel comments...

the so-called cold hard facts provided by the "professionals"...

no one has the right to jump into conclusion...

or decide how one's life should end...

there is nothing that is certain for sure...

HOPE. SINCERITY. PASSION. LOVE. CARE.

DETERMINATION. PERSEVERANCE.

ACCEPTANCE. ENDURANCE.

and RELATIONSHIP.

are all the ingredients that parents and family members should have...

they are essential for the child to progress and change...

re-mould and redevelop their brain...

to connect and relate with others...

SON-RISE PROGRAMME is such a wonderful thing...

that gives those with autism hope and a better future, a chance to live and be alive again...

thousands of successful cases proved the professionals WRONG!

autistic children can be cured!!!

there were a drug addict who approached me~~
